Esential Booking window improvment

When the booking calendar shows up for your promotion it automatically says 'none available' until you select the date. This has lead to customer thinking we are fully booked. Can you change this working to 'Select Date' to prompt customers to do so . Ive missed countless numer of bookings dure to this.
