In house table hold

When I am entering an inhouse/ phone booking during a busy period, for example it is my last available table, while in the process of entering the booking details, a guest can book the same table online. A new feature has been added for ''table hold'' for online bookings. Could this be implemented for in house bookings while the details are being entered?
